Gasp!
It's February 11th and I completely forgot to make my monthly resolution.
January's was tested...a lot. I often reminded myself to "Think Happy" and I think it helped, although it was a struggle to do so at times as I am prone to my winter funk.
So here goes. My February resolution...
Begin exercising.

Don't do it.
I have been working out (30 minutes on elliptical, lots of sweat) everyday for three weeks.
Haven't. Lost. A. Pound.
