Mabel has failed

My trusty computer, Mabel, has failed. Mabel is my "big" computer. My work computer. Yesterday was her last day on the job...she quit. Now, let me remind you that I work from home. No IT department here to rely on, unless you consider TMS my IT department and he's at work today. So here I am running test after test to get her going again like a ER doctor with the heart defribrillator. So far, she's still flatlining. Why, oh why am I on probation??? I think TBF may know how to save her but, alas, he has boycotted my blog. Help!!! Anyone out there know anything about Macs?
