Since last Monday, we...
– bought a house,
– put our house on the market,
– sold our house
The first person who was shown our house put an offer in at above what we expected to settle at. It was a dream deal. We are so blessed. I keep asking myself "What did we do to deserve such good fortune?"
We spent the morning at the new house taking measurements, detailing what needs to be done (there's a lot), and all around enjoying the moment. The whole family is excited about and looking forward to this next phase in our lives.
We moved the moving date up to the end of Feburary so I gotta get busy!
(Settle down TMS, I mean get busy packing.)

Congrats! As we were pulling away from your house the other night, I told Mrs. TBF that I thought your house would sell quickly because it was in absolute move-in condition.
I'm looking forward to seeing the inside of the new house the next time I'm in Chicagoland.
